I haven't forgotten how you said VZW made a mistake by not going with UMB. Did UMB have any real world trial results?

Very doubtful. Verizon Wireless needs to align itself with Vodaphone and use what will become the likely worldwide 4G platform instead of a technology that will alienate them.

no one knows what the worldwide platform will be. Look at the rate GSM exploded and then just recently at the CDMA explosion. You have to understand that 4g is only for very select countries. Like some in Europe japan US and maybe SK. All the other countries like in South America and Africa will keep their current GSM or CDMA for quite some time.
