Really? How so?

First of all, the Nokia N82 only uses 2100Mhz WCDMA/HSDPA, which isn't available in the U.S. Just because the phone itself is available in the U.S. market doesn't mean a thing. What's the use if the phone doesn't fully support the network you'd be using it on?

Second, the E51 and the 5610 only support 850/2100mhz WCDMA/HSDPA. Good luck finding a location supporting 850mhz WCDMA... I used to own a Nokia 6120 classic in hopes that I could make at least partial use of AT&T's 3G network, but I never found a 850mhz 3G tower in my entire state.

These phones are in NO WAY focused on the U.S. market, more so for Europe and Asia.

And Australia, apparently. At least if you consider the 850/2100 3G.
