I know that the issue here is the iden network closing but that is only a small picture here. closing the iden network would be a big blow for sprint but i'm sure they will recover from that but as we look at the big picture customer service for sprint has been the biggest factor for the past few years and sprint is losing more and more customer because of that than the iden network closing. and now sprint has to work double time transferring those iden service as well as to provide a superior customer service. sprint is walking in a tight rope that would snap anytime and i'm sure there a lot of carriers there waiting like hungry wolves ready to take on those subscribes falling away from sprint. 😈
