It's amazing to me how few are questioning the FCC. What a ridiculously dumb move they've made here. They've exposed themselves as not only idiots, but charlatains as well.

The FCC's J-O-B is to regulate our communications to ensure that our different technologies don't stomp on others.

How come no-one is asking them to DO THEIR FREAKING JOBS and make sure that they ACTUALLY REGULATE?

I mean, come on guys. Maybe if they'd spent a few more minutes looking at the proposals and leases of spectrum, they'd have seen the overlap????

FCC's at fault here guys, not Sprint. They shouldn't have allowed anyone else to use that spectrum.

Agreed! Wasn't this an issue when nextel first came about? If so, why wasn't it taken care of years before Sprint and Nextel merged?
