Wow, I'm surprised that Sprint has as many as 53 million! I thought they were around 30 million. What's your source?

And actually Sprint is, and can be a fantastic company. There two main loses atm are CS and unity between in-store and CS. Once they fix those issues and finish with the nextel merger they might make #2 again.

Well, I was with Sprint, only a month though, and they had me on hold for 20 minutes!!! That's disrespectful to customers to make them wait that long! As many customers as AT&T has, I have never been on hold even 10 minutes.
