Sprint HAD (had being previously) the worst customer care previously along with service problems. In a recent study however, this shows otherwise:
"CIO Insight’s 2008 Vendor Value Survey substantiates our claims by placing Sprint as the No. 1 telecom company, and ranking Sprint No. 19 overall when considering other technology vendors, among 568 business technology executives polled. Results show that IT execs are clearly attracted to Sprint’s value proposition."
Sprint- 19
VZW-25
Qwest-31
Tmobile- 34
ATT- 37
lower means better for the slow people on here...
wow...thats werid..sprint is number 1!
Sprint aso killed in recent 3g tests(www.gizmodo.com is one source) and killed in customer care response times!
Recently Sprint rated top overall out of 4 catergories. Catergories were as follows: 2008 rank, value, reliability, and loyality. Sprint won best value, 2nd best in relability, and 2nd in loyality.
Also palm has a better relationship with Sprint then anyone else in the market, so when its all said and done that is why sprint got it first!
Bring on the haters...
