I could care less if Beyonce is on it or any other entertainer. My issue is that the upstage was a device failed from conception. It's astounding that noone along the way has put the brakes on it.

First the black, then the red, now the burgundy. Instead of making different colors of a phone with severe usability issues, why not make a new device that people can use?

Ah, yes, the old flawed thinking that anything different is better. Sure, they'll sell a good number of them, just like they do with many other mediocre products in every industry. However, that does not change that the design has fundamental flaws that should have never gone to production.

The idea looks good on paper, but does not work as implemented. The screens are on the opposite sides for what is needed. Simply reversing that would have made usability a non-issue.

Seeing this and having so many critical reviews from respected websites as well as customers and employees should have told Samsung to go back to the drawing board.
