Voyager Dimensions

Looks interesting, but what size are the displays and what are the overall phone dimensions? If it's twice as thick as the iPhone, it's no iPhone killer.

Also, iPhone comes with 8GB memory built in. I'm going to guess an 8GB microSDHC card, which I haven't even seen available yet will run over $100 as the 4GB card is about $65.

Not sure about the Pricing of the 4 and 8gb cards.. but the 2gb can be bought at Buy . com for $24.95 no rebates.. no tax.. free shipping..

and it comes with a really nifty USB adapter to transfer the songs wherever you are..

this way you can load songs from MULTIPLE computers.. as far as I know the Iphone can only be tethered to 1 computer with Itunes.... with this usb adapter.. someone likes your song.. they can "borrow" it.. similar to the Zune.. ;)

Even if it is twice as thick as the iPhone, I think it would kick its ass. I mean, the only reason why I didn't get an iPhone was because the lack of a decent way to text, and this phone fixes it, and fixes it good.

Even if you have to pay $100 for an 8GB card, don't forget that the Voyager may cost less then your Jesus Phone.

Say the Voyager launches at $199.99 after rebate, or even $299.99 after rebate. Buy an 8GB card at $100 . . . that's still $100 LESS then the iPhone. Plus you'll get Live TV with MediaFLO, a full QWERTY keypad to text / IM / E-Mail / Web Browsing with.

Also, keep in mind that with an 8GB iPhone, that 8Gigs are shared memory with the phones OS. Along with software you put on the handset. With the Voyager, that 8gigs could be used 100% for music.

The specs on the Voyager are not out yet, so not sure on the screen sizes. But even if this handset is twice as thick as your iPhone, then what's the big deal? I like thicker...

I guess we'll see about pricing at launch. The only other issue is that it looks like crap when you open it up. Close looks very nice, opened??? Oh well, at least it has a real keyboard.

I don't know. I actually like the way it looks when it's flipped opened. But, you have your opinion like I have mine. 🤣
