Who cares? T-Mobile has a crappy voice coverage, not to mention their data coverage. They do have good phones and good service plans. But the new Sidekick Slide looks ugly and bulky.

I like how people make statements like "T-Mobile has crappy voice coverage", as though it is some fact of nature. It's funny because T-Mobile wins just as many awards for call quality and coverage as everyone else. Just because you have a bad experience with T-Mobile doesn't mean they suck everywhere for everybody. My T-Mobile service has been lightyears better than Cingular or Sprint. It's all relative.

And yes, I agree, the Slide looks bulky and fairly ugly. Do people sometimes not think when they design phones?

What an idiot. I admit that T-mobile doesn't offer great data but they offer great voice. I'm guessing Evrodude uses over priced AT&T. Seriously man drink the koolaid and do us all a favor.

What phone do you use? Can you afford one Overdudette? I am guessing you are on the 5 year cellwellfare plan from Arkansas.

Granted, the sidekick is an aquired taste, but you dont have any ;)

Not as much as when people base opinions on a single photo.

Ok here is a little info, T-mo has two new HTC's on the way the JUNO and the KISER both with touch screen and there is another sidekick called the LX. So t-mo has more then you think!

It says in the release on streamline that the phone will be locked to receive a German T-Mobile sim card, whatever that means.

All that means is that u have to have the US 64k sim cards which we have carry, but we only sell the 32k to customers. Even if its not what i have been told, i'm sue it will be alot easier to get them to work on the US network then to unlock them. My coworker got an iphone yesterday and had it unlocked in 10min. he got the program from boygeniusreport.com that walked him step by step how to do it.

It means that T-Mobile Germany will sell the iPhone. Additionally means that T-Mobile USA will not sell the iPhone.
