Well, it's not like Sanyo...

...was headed anywhere good. Their Katana line of phones didn't exactly show any originality.

In my opinion, Sanyo hasn't made a great handset since the 5300.

I disagree

The 7400 was the best phone sanyo ever came out with

But its always gonna be based on personal opinions, I actually haven't owned a sanyo since then.

You're right! Great phone! Just a little too complicated for me, though.

I own the M1...and have since christmas of 06'. and its been the best phone I've ever owned. before that I owned a samsung a920. and before that, a sanyo pm8200. I would take any sanyo phone over anyother manufacturer. I sell all carriers from sprint/nextel to t-mobile and verizon and that says a lot. ๐Ÿคจ

The 7400 wasn't bad...but I'm telling you, check out the 5300. Everything that came after it was derivative OF it.

I owned a 7400/9000/4500/M1, and now i'm using the DLX, and they all functioned and worked like new...the whole time i had em. Kyocera phones are just garbage IMO, they look kiddy...if Sanyo does sell to them, i hope only the name changes...if they change for the worst, i'll buy an M1 again and keep it for as long as i can...
