you should never pick a provider based on the phone alone. It should be about coverage in your area, customer service, rates plans, services they provide the phone should be the last thing to help you decide what carrier to go with.

Yes. CS is last because really... if everything is working as it should, then you shouldn't need to call CS too often.
I admit, Sprint CS is usually horrendous... but when you only need to call them once or twice per year, it's no biggie.
