i have the dare, played with the storm, and really want the omnia. there are things to consider with each.
1. price. up front they are all close, but the dare is only 15/month for web, not 30.
2. use. it depends what your gonna use it for. for a great phone with good features, the dare has been great for me. i miss the customization of winmo. pda's (winmo) in general are a little slower and lagish then most consumer phones and bb's.
all in all, i think you could be happy with any of the three phones.
