Nope, nor to they even invent or produce anything, they are simply a holding company that makes money exploiting the US patent system.

Best thing to happen is for RIM, Nokia, Samsung, AT&T. VZW. TM, Sprint and a few other companies is to buy these leeches out, throw them all out of a job and close the company, then allow any seemed patents public domain. Would be cheaper in the end.

So true, but with all the money they are making on lawsuits, the buy-out price might be higher then the price to pay them off! What a great possition for them to be in: make money regardless!
