keeping it a few days is a good idea. brand new phones have a few bugs, especially in a touch screen that RIM rushed to try to keep up with the seemingly unlimited excalation of iphone popularity. theres always software updates within your 30 day buyers remourse period so id wait for that to see if it improves at all, but i 100% agree that the touch screen, while have amazing apearence a resolution, sucks ass.
