Review: BlackBerry Storm

The software is my primary issue. If they can get that fixed, I think I could get used to the touchscreen. Although I was making some typos on the demo, that was only with about a 1/2 hour of usage in the store. But when the software kept freezing up on me when I tried to run the preinstalled video (which looked fantastic, I might add), not allowing me to turn down the speaker volume, not to mention I couldn't figure out how to pause or stop it because the on-screen buttons didn't do anything (all of this was my inexperience, I'm assuming), I can't live with that.

I did see a video on another website where the reviewer opened one fresh out of the box and showed everything he did right on the screen. His demo phone switched from portrait to landscape much quicker than the ones I tried.
