I'm really tired of articles that act as though Apple was the first guys to bring WiFi to a phone. What a load of bolonga. HTC did this almost 10 years ago, and and UT Starcomm have as well. Come one people, its called a Pocket PC for a reason.

Amen. Apple claims they are the elite innovators and moronic people (most of the population, go figure) believes them. Just look at the iPod. It is by far the best selling MP3 player. But it costs a ****load more than a Creative Zen MP3 player and it does less. What the hell is that?

Apple, go screw youselves. You are not wanted around here.

🙄 Based on all the hype people might think APPLE was the first to:
*Put touchscreen in a phone,
(See the Qualcom PDQ or Ericsson R380 Circa 1999 and 2000 Respectively)
*Put Wifi in a phone
*Put a music player in a phone
(See Samsung Uproar Circa 2000)

Say what you will. No-one did it (all in one device) as great as Apple did. Othewise, we would be talking about how great it flopped!
Less than 37,000 more iPhones remain to be sold to reach 1M

Maybe for a fancy phone, but just for wireless phones in general, I can think of at least 10 smartphones that do it better.
