New iPhone vs iTouch

Why would you buy an iTouch instead of the iPhone? Doesn't the iPhone have pretty much everything that the iTouch has plus the phone? I suppose if you aren't an AT&T customer or don't want to risk unlocking the iPhone but still want the new iTouch!?

If you already have a phone on a non-GSM network, why would you buy the iPhone and get locked into a 2 year contract for something you don't even need? The iTouch is for peple who don't have an iPod (believe me, they are out there) and want the newest version, the iTouch.

Personally, i think the iTouch and regular iPod is way too big for a modern MP3 player. Anything larger than the iPod Nano (not the newest, wide one) is too big to carry around.

People always seem to think the iPhone is this huge thing, but when they see it in person, they go, "Wow, that isn't big at all!".

I think they just seem huge in photos, 'cuz the screen is so big. And the iTouch is a bit smaller than the iPhone.

The new 'wide' Nanos aren't big either... 2.75" x 2.06" x 0.26". I still can't believe they got 'em that thin.
