What crack are you on? VZW has EVDO in about as many places as Sprint, and unlike Sprint, its all Rev A.

I SAID 4G NOT 3G. we were first anyways, but who cares if you have about the same, its still not unlimited and all of sprints are rev a with alltel evdo data roaming. look up your stuff before you face me you phone noob

Wow! And to think that a few years ago Sprint turned its nose up at the idea of even deploying EV-DO. EV-DV was going to be faster! Where IS EV-DV now anyways? I think it is FANTASTIC that Sprint will be the first to launch 4G and I hope they take WIMAX to the moon. It can only be good for consumers. In the here and now, I am not sure how I feel about Verizon going after seniors with these low ARPU plans. I guess this is just another sign that voice growth is slowing and carriers have to value ANY add (not just high ARPU). That in itself is a shift in attitude and is ALSO good for consumers though probably not shareholders.
