Google Intent to Bid In FCC 700 MHz Auction

I know the 700 Mhz is targeted for Digital Cable broadcast. I'm curious to see what that will do and how it will affect At&t and Dish. What is TimeWarner and Cox going to do? So you look at it like this, At&t has Dish, Sprint has Time Warner and Cox, who does Google have? I don't even know if this frequency is going to carry mobile TV, but it sure will make the bidding interesting.
