I'm Holding off...

Looks great, but I know the next version will be better, and you all know it too.

I'm really tired of having to be the first and getting burned. Bought the Panasonic Blu Ray player at $1,000. 3 months later it's $600 and still relatively new technology.

When the iPhone is released with 3G, flash for camera and higher res., and removable battery I'm a buyer.

Bye.

The iPhone would also have to do laundry or wash the dishes for me to purchase it at that price... for crying out loud, its a cell phone, if you want all that extra stuff, spend half the money on a Treo or PPC. They both can access youtube and get video JUST like the iPhone, View "actuall" webpages, Play music, etc, etc...

the treos and pocket PCs are so big and heavy. The iPhone will be a hair thinner than the Blackjack. AND, the iphone CAN view "actual" web pages. As for the music player on the treos and pocket PCs, they have no where near the ease of use that iTunes offers. And as for the price, have you priced a Treo 750 recently or an 8525 for at&t, or the motorola Q or XV6700 for Verizon? The pricepoint on these devices are from $230-$400. If I'm going to put up the cash for a phone, I would rather pony up the extra $100-$270 and have device that is actually user-friendly and will let me do things how I, as a consumer, want to do them, not how Bill Gates wants me to do them.

Umm. It probably WILL get cheaper at some point, in addition to getting refined. ;)

Unless it sinks completely.
