Utah Passes Law That Could Require Porn Blocker on Phones

I can't imagine that even if 5 states passed similar laws that they would withstand constitutional muster. If the concern is that children might see porn - that is the parent's responsibility to implement protections on the handset. The concern shouldn't subject the rest of the population to draconian, anti-democratic, anti-free speach, anti-capitalist laws.

I can't even wrap my head around this, god forbid adults do what they want, if they don't want to watch porn, don't, but they have no right to tell others they cannot! I Agree with you guys.
