Its about time they pronounce TDMA dead. It has been in a coma and on life support for quite sometime now. Its nice to see that deep down underneath a lot of crap that AT&T has a heart and is pulling the "plug" on TDMA. 😎

I bet if my buddy hasn't switched over to GSM, or changed carriers, he'll be without service soon, since he's in the affected area. All of Indiana & Illinois's AT&T Wireless network was PCS, and only the old AT&T Wireless portion will be shutdown, but not Cingular's 850 TDMA network though. MY buddy was on an old AT&T TDMA plan.
