Yea, Pres Bush might be used but I think Qualcomm will use the courts first as they are doing now on their appeal and the courts are upset with the ITC’s decision because it doesn’t make any sense plus it was a 3-2 in the affirmative so that gives some appeal, but they also mentioned, the ITC that is, that it could harm the US Economy and technology issues. Another point for appeal. Remember, Pres has 60 days so we shall see. I think Q will use the courts for the first 30-59 days and if it does not succeed then they will ask Bush to overturn it or veto the ITC ruling.

(Obviously, they are in constant contact.)

Don't hold your breath while something comes to mind. I'd hate to see people pass out trying to think about something where 'Bush' and 'good' can be used in the same paragraph.

Super fuNNy stuff!!!

Here's something he's useful for btw:

Being the president of Iraq!!! George W. Bush would be a really good Iraqi president!!!

He certainly cares about THEM,. . .a LOT more than he cares about us REAL U.S. Citizens!!! 😈

Do you guys realize that all the bush bashing isn't going to change anything?? He's not running in the next election. I promise. I also know he's not going to be on phonescoop.com looking for political advice. It's not his job to take care of the U.S. citizens. It's time to grow up and take care of yourself and not rely on the rest of us to do it for you. The job of the government isn't to hold your hand thus it isn't bush's job.

Let the courts deal with judicial matters and the president deal with executive matters. It'll be ok.

Yeah less government is a republican ideal... its just too bad he has done everything but less government. You ask any hard line conservative and they'll agree that he has been the most "big brother" republican president. If the courts don't overturn this case Bush will overturn this himself.

(If you don't know what "big brother" refers to then you shouldn't even be talking about politics)

I am no Bush fan. Bush just as well be a Dem. I would love to see a true conservative in office.

props for the 1984 reference... yeah, shrub is even starting to p.o. his own party. he's a tool. can't wait 'til nov. '08.

as for the qualcomm ban... i think he'd just slap the veto on it cuz it effects the rich, and that's really what's important. bush is a war monger, elitist snob, that's what he's good at.

to the person who says it's not the prez's job to take care of the country's citizens... what exactly is his job then?
