Also 2.5 days is incredibly long battery life this gives you time to charge the phone nightly without ever having the phone die. The iphone is lasting 5 hours or less with average use for example. I could careless about your support i do not work for Sprint or any other carrier for that matter. But i guess its never ok to call someone an idiot even if they truly are.
