That's an old fable. T-Mobile coverage is excellent as of late. I'm so tired of hearing this s**t about coverage. People are hating on T-Mo and have never used the service.
In my opinion, I believe people are jealous of the pricing plans at T-Mo, and as a result want to bash them.

Grow up! Use the service and then come to a conclusion.

This handset (smartphone) will change the face of the wireless community. Mark my words.....

😲 👿 are you seriously that slow! "This handset (smartphone) will change the face of the wireless community. Mark my words" YOUR LATE! maybe is the history of tmobile but not of wireless community. tmobile is WAY BEHIND.

if you buy the phone its a waste of time. this coming from insider of the tmobile view.. you about to buy a $300 phone if not qualified for discount. but then you gone spen like 1 to 2 hundred in monthly bills.

$20 for web
$20 for txt
ringtones only from tmobile (which most t cust do like geniuses

slow ass network.. unreliable connection

i could get a phone 3 times better from a diff provider for half the price.

ok first off dont trah a phone you never actually experienced for yourself. I work for T-MO and yes our manager already has a G1. I have experienced it first hand and in my oppinion its just as good as the Iphone. As far your gripes fro price our plan WILL be cheaper than the Iphone by 20 dollars, so put that in your pipe and smoke it. Monthly bills would only be 60, so next time you wanna trash something know your facts =)

Funny that you've made no mention of a phone or a company or what plan. We know your bullshit.

AT&T Cheapest PDA
$39.99 450
$20 Unlimited Text
$30 PDA service
=$90

Verizon Cheapest PDA
Same as ATT= $90

T-Mobile
$39.99 600 minutes (what do you know more minutes!)
$15 unlimited text
$20 PDA Service
=$75

Sprint would be the cheapest (the catch is you have to be with sprint)

Your either really ****ty at math or your bullshitting like the troll you are.

BTW
I work for Multi-Vendor so we have ATT, Tmobile, and Verizon (we formally sold Sprint)

okay, so you say you work for t-mobile... but you seem like you dislike the company so much, so why don't you get a job for a different company? and the monthly plan is not $20 for internet and $20 for texts. it's $25 for 400 texts and internet and $35 for unlimited texts and internet. i'm not sure what your sources are, but they're wrong. and i think before you post replies or anything, you hit the check spelling button, because you sound really illiterate 😁

the internet and texts is actually going to be bundled for the G1. so for other phones the texts and internet are separate, but just like the sidekick it will be bundled together.

Yes i am aware of that but i was just stating that the past poster was speaking about that data plan they have currently. So they are doing with G1 like they did with sidekick.. the sidekick unlimited is not required but if you don't have it your pretty much "falling of the horse" every time. because without it you lose your data if the phone shuts off. but that phone is considered a data phone also.

theres no lie the G1 is a pretty cool phone but its not the best. you all are comparing it to the iphone andinstict but haven't done much research yourself on ALL the other phone that are out there. if you go to the t-mobile website and see the G1 in the phone list then go to the sprint website and check out the first phone you'll see quite a...

fact is we do have the best phone.... better late than never. sprint is still lacking, and the "instinct" is no competitor... if you wanna check for your self you can find the last two quarters sprint has lost over one million customers while t-mobile is on the rise. on that note t-mobile's considering to buy out sprint. that being said should show you that sprint does not have the best phone, or service for that matter... ttyl

not our fault you owe t-mobile money. pay your bill next time.

or maybe your riding the verizon train. If i put out enough advertising that says dog crap has vitamin c, you would buy it.

CDMA is the way of the future! go read a book. It is your fault that we still have analog here in america.

I've been with T-Mobile since 2002, and I will agree that penetration into buildings is spotty (just like any high frequency system like Sprint), but outdoors I no longer have any problems.

I'm sorry its seems that we all forgot that tmobile has only been around for 7 years and last time checked they have over 100 million customers around the world. So the service is improving every year. I use to work for tmobile and Ive had every single service on the market and tmobile has given me the best service over all. Lets go down the list att and verizon i love the fact that you get service in places that most people never go to in there lives but so many dropped calls. Oh yea i want that service. Don't let me get started on sprint they don't even know what to do with the iden network in fact they're trying to sell it because they made the worst move ever by buying nextel how stupid is that. Oh and how many times will verizon and att...

100 million customer who dont know how to pay there bill on time. Im sorry but sprint has the best service over all they cover every aspect of a cell phone provider. Unlike some who are just now providing 3g sprint will be moving on light years ahead of 3g to Wimax. I already experince blazing fast download and real-time tv. On top of that great phone reception and signal strength cutting edge technology and improved customer service. None of which i can say for t-mobile. The G1 is a nice phone just not worth my time.
