or does is seem like a lot of new entry level phones are comming out, and not much else of anything else...

Well the problem is that most people still buy entry level phones. A lot of people that come into my store for a new phone don't even care about a camera.

yesterday, my co-worker had a customer that would not buy anything with a camera.

Sprint is in the works of launching a couple new high tier handsets....little info as of yet but will have more soon. 😁

It's a mixed bag in the BaWa market because quite a large portion of the population are Government employees and are not permitted to have any type of device with a camera or removable memory.

Yeah, that isn't all that unusual especially here in the D.C. area. There are still many people that work in government agencies that can't have a camera on them.

Yes, they are releasing a lot of entry level phones, but at the same time they have just released the 7050, and the Upstage about a month ago, and they just released the Treo 755p this week, with plans for a Blackberry and a PPC in the works. Plus there is the Katana II.
