VZW Version will have locked GSM?
They always have in the past with their world phones. The Moto A840 and the Samsung world phone they offered were locked to Vodaphone's network (and their SIM) overseas.

yeah but unlike other carriers, you pay $15 more a month for UNLIMITED email globally. that's a great idea.
