RIM Emulates Blackberry On Windows Mobile
now what?
it's everything i need, but it doesn't stream windows media. if i could combine blackberry email, slim design, good camera, ptt, and windows media - that would be phenominal

Well, if your smart enough to be with Cingular, everything you mentioned, including ptt, is available on the Cingular 8525, I'd be just a tad hesitate though to refer to it as a slim design though.
work for them 😉
8525 is too large. i have found the Pearl to be a perfect size. i have a 3125, but it doesn't have PTT. obviously, the new RIM emulator will only be on Windows Mobile 6, so i have to find out what new phones are on the horizon with that...
I just hope they get it right this time as I HATE dealing with the 9300 and the E62 with BBC - the devices are POS with POS extra software to make it act like a blackberry.

In my store we haven't sold a single blackberry since i've worked here, it's been all treos, and now recently a lot of moto Qs, with the occasional ppc 6700. so i really have no experience with all of the blackberry apps. my big question is if running these apps on a windows mobile device would you need a specific blackberry data plan, or would you be able to run a standard data plan like with the windows mobile devices. (ps i'm speaking in reference primarily to sprint, but am assuming this won't be too different accross the board)
Of course you haven't sold any blackberrys since you have worked there. You deal with CDMA. CDMA blackberrys are a joke.
