Missing from the main story is what I think is the real bargin, unlimited text on Family Share plans.
It's an additional $30 per plan, but that can give you unlimited texting across an entire family share plan, up to five lines.
That, in my opinion, is huge. I've seen so many families that are spending just as much on text messaging as they are on minutes, because they need a seperate package for each line.
...
Exactly. It would work well for me since I have three lines on my account (my mom, my brother, and I) and the $10 messaging on my brothers, and the $15 messaging on mine too. I need the $15 messaging plan on mine because most of the people I text don't have Verizon, so I need the extra texts. I still end up going over my messages, so for $5 more month this will save me money.

Sprint has unlimited text for a family share plan for $20/mo.
...
Yeah and some people prefer walmart over Nordstrom.
I say this all the time...
You get exactly what you pay for.
...
I think this is the smartest comment of the year. I also hear that you can't send mms messages with sprint. You get what you pay for.
...
Walmart sells Verizon and T-Mobile.

Wal-Mart sells everything. You can't blame Verizon for letting Wal-Mart sell their service. It is high traffic which means more chances to sell.
...
yea and you have to get the Vision pack with it too $15!
...
not true. The vision and txt msg packs are separate.
...
Yes, but you need Vision in order to send pics or vids. Verizon includes it.
...
Um... Vision in this case is the billing system, not what mellow yellow calls their data plan.
...
And I really don't care what Sprint has to offer, if I did I would sign up with them. I love Verizon and don't need to switch, so don't try to sell me on something I'm not interested in.
