man... sprint doesn't even need to follow suit... we've had a phone like that for months now. 😛

What? I'm confused the article says they are pulling these phones. What you said was that verizon and cingular are following sprint because they have had a kids phone for a couple months. Did sprint have one of these then get rid of it. Maybe i'm just confused at what your tring to say but your post made no sense considering both cingular and verizon have a kids phones I would say for at least a year.

Yea hard to understand what your saying but Cingular has had the Firefly for like 18 months or something like that

we skipped the over simple phones in favor of the sanyo scp-2400 which has a lot of parental controls.

VZW has had the LG 3450 out since before xmas, so I would not say that we are following. The news stpry is about the fact that we have disco'ed the Migo, not that we have launched the 3450.

we decided to forego the whole 'kid phone' thing, and went straight to a phone that looks and works like a regular phone, but with parental control features.
