HTC Announces CDMA Versions of New Smartphones

Not Bashing CDMA Carriers or service.

I wrote a post titled Discouraged. I was expressing my disapointment on the considerable lag to market on CDMA Advanced Devices. I was not trash talking CDMA. CDMA Technolgy is the clear winner for clarity and technology. A CDMA Carrier takes almost every single award that there is in America. Some yahoos out in cyberspace always want to bash something. To them, I say find a better hobby. I was simly expressing the dismay of one who is a truly tech savy guy who loves his toys and can not get CDMA PDAs fast enough.

Well the reason why there is a delay with CDMA carries is that you gotta look at the market size for CDMA and GSM users. Obviously the amount of GSM users in the world definitely surpasses CDMA users (also the fact that GSM devices are far more flexible/versitle in terms of transferring it amoung different carries, while CDMA is more secured to their respective carriers, definitely helps too) ... thus manufacturers would make more money in the GSM market than the CDMA market. hence, the sure bet is GSM.

Besides ... the CDMA market is predominantly US users (*cough*super conservative white folks that don't care about what type of phone they got as long as it can make a phone call relative to the rest of the world *cough*) who isn't as te...
