Why is the RIZR called the ROKR? isn't the ROKR a Candybar style, music player?

I think Motorola promised exclusivity of the RIZR to T-Mobile. So, to get around that exclusivity, they made a similar "looking" phone to the RIZR, but have instead called it the ROKR Z6m - which is a CDMA music phone. So, its outsides might look like the RIZR, but the insides might be quite different.
