Whoa, WAIT!
Has he seen the damage done by Michael? Or has he been parking his ass in DC and imagining how easy it would be to restore service? I have seen it, It is going to take a spell! Hell Tyndall Air Force Base isn't even open for people to start working at the base and they have the whole entire force of the USAF behind them. The ****ing FCC needs to knock there **** off! It takes time to get to the towers, repair the tower (if not replace it depending on the damage), then repair and replace the AMPS, Transceivers, Power, Data and voice lines to get any service back and that all depends if damage was done the power and data lines going to the towers. If he wants it back up so quickly, maybe he should get the hell out from behind his ****ing desk,...

If supersonic aircraft have antenna capable of those 730+ speeds, why can't a Cell Tower be certified to withstand 200 mph wind speeds in that part of our nation ?

Because shareholder earnings and profits come before cell site resiliency next to the coastline.
