Here's a test: $18 million is how many cell sites? Depending on the numbers tossed around it could be, what, six? And Cingular has put up how many in the last two years? Over a thousand? My numbers may be off a little, but you get the idea.

I have no idea what are you talking about. So what are the numbers?

I think that what Dr Dial Tone is saying is that Cingular is not really going to feel the pinch for this. Towers are expensive. They have invested billions in a vast network, so to them 18.5 Mill is chump change....


Doctor, just an FYI, I have heard that a cell tower cost between 980k to 1.2m. So that would average about 18 towers, give or take. But nevertheless, you make a good pint. When can I come in for my checkup? *cough*
