I think 2007 is going to be a year filled with HUGE rises in technology.
This "Rollable Screen" phone & the iPhone are just the beginning.
I predict 3 to 4 megapixel cameras to be a standard on phones by the end of the year. We already have the Samsung with a 5MP.
More touch screen phones will be arriving as well as brighter, tougher LCD displays.

Just my thoughts. 😎

I so much agree w/you, this is definetly the beginning of the "Future"!!!

I'm so glad I'm not under contract w/Cingular!!!

Personally, I'm trying to hold off for the next version of the Cingular 8525, see what that offers.

Now is a really, really good time to be PATIENT and not run off and just get any phone that comes along, but wait and see what comes out this summer, and Q4. . .

Or you can just save money and buy all your phones at full price like me. And screw contracts, just pay the ETF and leave if you want to.

I thought you don't have to pay the ETF if your not currently under contract, I haven't been under contract w/Cingular since 10/30/05.

So how it works is you pay the full retail price, pop your SIM card in, and your set to go right, preferably directly from a Cingular store, that way you know it will work properly and FULLY with the network.

perhaps with all the new technology competion the ETF's will soon be gone, and companys will actually compete for their customers?

The day ETF's go away will be the day subsidized pricing will end as well.

Interesting that 99% of people do not realize why there even is a ETF. If a phone company ever stopped doing ETFs... just imagine the churn rate whenever a customer gets mad about an overage on their bill. No more free phones... come on now, never will happen

True, all phones would be full price since yo could leave at any time. Companies have no reason to get rid of them...

Basically this is what they are saying

1st person: I believe that all telfs of the near future you would seran asi,, that says?

2nd person: I believe that your you must give your opinion in elscoopodetelefono.com and not be giving to opniones in Espanol aqui. It is not truth?

3rd person: I do not believe that that np is truth. if that person wants to give opinions in espanol she does not matter!

if you go to www.altavista.com and click on babelfish, just past what they said, then click on the language converter... I chose spanish to english cause I assumed it was spanish, and that's what came up.

Well since the U.S. is years behind everyone else in cellular technology and this is in Italy we won't see it for a long time. And by the way how is the iPhone revolutionary? There is NOTHING NEW about it. The only thing the iPhone changed isa having no keypad...which is just stupid having a phone with no keypad would blow...just my 2 cents...
