It is coming to Sprint.

FCC Reveals Ultra Music With Sprint Model Number
source: FCC

The FCC today approved a phone today with a Sprint model number that looks to be a CDMA version of the Samsung Ultra Music. The filing shows outlines of both sides of the phone that match the Ultra Music, even though it has new model number, the SPH-M620. The Ultra Music has a 2 Megapixel camera, stereo Bluetooth, FM radio, 100 MB of built in memory and Micro SD slot. It has a small screen with numeric keypad on one side and a larger screen with touch sensitive music controls on the other.

Interesting, I could've sworn the Ultra Music has 400MBs of internal memory though.

I wonder when both Sprint and Verizon are going to start coming out with Rev.A handsets.

Yep, 2007, and beyond is going to start to be very, very interestiing indeed.

Oh. Heck, I would've switched to Sprint too if there were a CDMA version of this device that we didn't know about.

I really hope Samsung gets they're act together and comes out with a quad band version with Tri-band HSDPA just like HTCs Hermes has!!!

the apple phone has done just what needed to be done and make manufacture start their development, but I do not see how this phone can be compared with iphone because this is a triban and will not work well in the USA and Iphone is quad and will work any where in the world with gsm,

Tri-band phones work JUST FINE in the U.S., I've been using the Sharp V903 Vodafone Unlocked on Cingular's network since April of last year, it IS a Tri-band phone.

This quad band crap is Cingular's way of CONTROLLING what they "aprove" on they're network, when the truth is ANY GSM handset would work. . .just fine on ANY GSM network.

Cingular REQUIRING quad band has caused us gadget geeks to miss out on some of the best handsets, such as the N93!

I live in Las Vegas, Nv, honestly, I don't know exactly which GSM bands are used here, obviously 850, this is an HSDAP equiped city.

I don't know what to say other than that I have been using a Tri-band Sharp Vodafone handset here in Las Vegas, since April last year, and no major reception problems.

The model is Sharp V903

cingular has control what you buy on the east coast and I would love to get a N93 over everything. Hopefully Iphone will bring more unlock phone to the USA that will work all over. I am just hoping that manufactures will start sell phone in this country which will work all over. Here you can not get a n93 only order from a importer and no 850 I have a treo 650 good pda bad phone and a motorola a780 great phone but no software for. If only I could use many of the other phone I would forget about the Iphone, (love the n93) all so looking at the n95 which is quad ban

P.S I will not get it from cingular but will order it from UK and put my sym card in from the treo 650 which I got before their new plans and I do not use the INTERNET on my phone only when my home INTERNET is down. I do pay by the KB but that is so rare. I have done it before with other phones.
