American Express offers the ExpressPay keychain RFID credit card (both for charge card and prepaid). The key fob is less than an 1/8" thick and about 2" inches long. The precise size to fit behind any battery door on a cell phone.

Then take that down to your local 7-11 and impress everyone at the register! 🙂
