heck, I thought Rev. A would be faster, than 800kbps?!?!?!?

That headline a tad further down where it says something about average speeds of 600-kbps to 1.4mbps, that's kinda interesting, slightly above a megabit!!!

It would be nice to see above 3mbps!!!

I thought so too...but I guess these are initial speeds?

It's all one big farce...the speeds are NEVER what you'd expect.

In my opinion they shouldn't even bother if they can't compete with cable internet! ! ! !
Speeds of 3 and 6mbps!!!!

The speeds that the wireless carriers are offering sub mbps speeds are 10 frinkin years old=No thank you

You're funny...... 🤣 🤣 🤣

How long has cable tv been around? And it took them how long to get to 6mbps????
What's sad is that Landline phone services have been around even longer than cable tv and landline dsl at it's very best is only up to 1 mbps.... lol....... 🤣 🤣 But wireless.... industry is less than 30 years old and you're whining about it not being up to speed with cable.... Think about it with rev a the cellphone companies are knocking on the DSL doors and giving them a warning..lol but you're funny, good to have comic relief.

first of all, cable companies have always been capable of that speed (and then some), but they cap it for customers to keep people ...

The markets they are launching this year will be Chicago and D.C. However, the plan seems to be ahead of schedule since they were not expecting to roll out ANY markets until 2008, so we'll see where they are at the end of the year. If it goes according to plan you'll get to see those 3+ MBPS speeds!
