You do have to admit...

by Guamzson    Jul 17, 2008, 1:05 AM

Alright so lets get this out in the open im currently a Sprint in-store rep but will hopefully be a Verizon Wireless in- store rep at the end of the month...First off, com'on guys you do have to admit the new i phone is off the hook... i mean yeah we all work for different companies, but honestly im jealous of att only having the i phone, i freakin just came back from vacation in las vegas and when me and my girl went to the mall, omg there was a really really really long line just for the i phone, i mean honestly they had to shut down the main entrance to the food court just to make room or the customers lined up... Secondm wheather you love or hate it you should be impressed by what it offers i mean think about it... its the only phone i actually played with that has a true browser... i mean com on its interface allows you to pull up mulitple browser windows...look at our palms centros, our windows based phones and other devices that are supposed to be pda's... they dont even have that feature and we're talking about a regualar multimedia phone.. most of its features are great but then you do have some drawbacks like turn by turn gps... wow you might as well not even put this feature on in the first place if it cant tell you turn by turn... lol... ONE THING I DO HAVE TO SAY IS QUIT SAYING THAT IN ORDER FOR APPLE OR ATT TO REPLACE THE BATTERY THE CUSTOMER HAS TO WAIT FOR IT TO GET IT REPLACED OR DRIVE TO THE NEAREST APPLE STORE... EVEN AT SPRINT, OUR CUSTOMERS HAVE TO ENDURE WORSE THINGS... EITHER NOT BEING ABLE TO RECIEVE A NEW REPLACMENT PHONE BECAUSE WE HAVE TO COME UP WITH SORRY ASS EXCUSES ON WHY WE CANT GIVE THEM A REPLACMENT PHONE OR WE SWITCH IT OUT FOR A REFURB THATS EITHER NOT THE ORIGINAL STYLE OF THE PHONE OR HAS FAR WORSE PROBLEMS THAN THE ORIGINAL... PLUS THE WATER DAMAGE AND STOLEN CUSTOMERS COM ON GUYS JUST ADMIT...if we all had the i phone to sell we wouldnt be on here trying to put this phone down... and you also have to admit, most of our customers either switched to att or upgraded their phone to a phone just like the i phone... so quit hating and just deal with the fact that one, yeah, no matter what anyone says Sprint wont recover from their loss of customers, and two we all want the i phone to sell at our stores so hate it or love it you do have to admit... its one tight ass phone
