Many businesses in the country use ATT landline service, right? And many use Cingular/ATT wireless right? What is stopping more from switching to Cingular/ATT to combine bills and get unlimited calling to and from the office lines? I think this is really where ATT will succeed witht this plan. Anyone agree, disagree or have something else to add?

There's always options. Where I live it's Sprint (Embarq) country, but one county over is BellSouth which is switching to ATT... In the end, you have the option to combine bill w/ Embarq & Embarq Wireless (SPCS MVNO) or VZW & Verizon or in the not too distant future you will be able to integrate an actual SPCS bill w/ Brighthouse-Comcast-etc-etc....

I think this can definitely be a huge plus for many people and businesses alike. I will say this though, if you read the terms/conditions..."800" numbers don't count. Other than that, I'm fairly sold on this being a good idea.
