LG goes 50/50 some have great luck but some models are very very sub par. I personaly do not want to try my luck ive heard too many horror stories!

LG's reputation with GSM handsets are somewhat well deserved...but they basically pertain to their opening salvo of phones from the good old days when they first started a relationship with Cingular.
I'd imagine they're somewhat better now.

Really? Like the "faulty display wiring" LG MM535? The "self-bricking" fusic? The "slow as hell" PM-225? The sheer lineup of garbage of their Cingular phones (my favorite being the dumpy 1400.)?

First fix your grade school lingo, and come on here sounding like a big boy; not someone that sounds like they just left the sixth grade. Second, do some research. LG has long been known to have inferior phones. Don't be fooled by the likes of the Chocolate, and all, LG is crap. No metter how many ways you dress it up, and add new features, crap will always be crap.
