Easy swapable sim cards if I want to change phones instead of calling up Verizon or praying to god online works...and then when I can Verizon up they ask my 20qs as to why I am doing this.

I heard VZW is now charging you if you call to change your plan to another ESN...
I heard the only free way to do it now is through the interent.
