along with agreeing to the massive, strict terms, that apple demands of all its partners..

Some of these terms include things like full control...including control of price, OS, structure.

A customer's first, clean apparence approach. Thinking about your customers first. Clean stores, clean business practices..the list goes on.

Customer service..on all Apple related products, Customer service belongs to Apple, and customers should be referred to Apple when the partner cannot answer the question. Partners must also focus on providing the best customer service and experience possible.

You literally have to be "perfect" to work with Apple.
