exactly..Consumer Reports mags and the like are based on what customers have to say at that time....

That does not mean that 15 days after the survey..and when the return policy is up that those same customers are still happy with their choice of carrier...and they have to wait till the NEXT year to complain on Consumer instead they begin complaining in MASSES on websites like (Consumers union site.) And places like here...where when they offer a genuine complaint...they are either forced to re-think their complaint and love their carrier again by people who can be brainwashed sales people for said carrier. Or left out to hang in the sun...beaten down by those same sales people who again..might be brainwashed into thinking their carrier is the best.

(Has to use the word brainwashed...lives with a sales person who can do nothing but brag about how good such and such carrier is...even when his phone by that carrier gets **** for reception, poor call quality, and dropped calls.)

Research before you buy one carrier is the BEST. They all have their strong points and their weakneses..and as numbers prove once more..the coverage between them all is about the same now. (Read Yahoo! Tech)
