where to start an where to end.... first off bro Cingular has its 3g up in almost all of its networks, Tmobile will be full 3g by the end of the year. it may be small now but 6 months can change alot... Dont believe me ? do research or call cingular an ask them how many markets have 3g up an running.

oh and uhh it wont be all over ebay, it requires 2 year agreement to even purchase the phone, how will it get on ebay if its on a contract" with a name like Ebaydan ud think you would realize that everything goes on ebay... take the blackberry pearl or any phone that is exclusive to a company, cause the pearl was on ebay befor the phone actually launched. Being a cingular customer whats stopin me from buyin it an sellin it on ebay to make a profit? i mean since all the cingular phones are garbage extending my contract dont mean much since i buyu nlocked devices as my personal phones.
