my suggestion is just keep verizon until the iphone actually comes out, when you decide you want it just go to cingular (without cancelling verizon yet), and tell them you want to transfer your phone number over and cancel verizon, they will do everything for you without you having to cancel verizon yourself...


you've misunderstood. it will be available in June 2007, and will be exclusive to Cingular/ATT until end of 2009, so 2010 is the soonest another carrier will see it.
