Apple Delivers iPhone
General question about the price...
I know the price is going to be $499 for a 4GB and $599 for an 8GB when it first comes out but does anyone know when/if the price will drop at all. Let me know thanks!

i doubt it will drop until version 2 comes out, and im going to estimate that in 2009, i dont think apple wants to lose money so they will let the people end their 2 year contracts before introducing a new phone, or it will be bad when everyones on cingular and cant upgrade cause the retail price for a phone will hit $1000 or so...so ill assume itll have after 2 years...but then a new phone will be out and prolly be the same haha
