Oh, give me a break! I've worked in the cellular industry since 2005- had many phones. It would be ALM0ST impossible for a manufacturer of any device to "spy" on the consumer.

Really? You sure about that? They are finding back doors all the time in android and pc computers. You don't think a country like China couldn't hide files? The CIA had hidden spying files in computers being shipped overseas just a few years back. Don't be so sure about it.
