And the answer is: Nope.

Phones that are that ahead of the curve are simply not carried by any U.S. carrier. Look at all the previous really nice phones that Nokia has done: any carriers pick those up? The N75 would be the first, if it actually gets released by Cingular. I would guess that phone with features comparable to the N95 would be released sometime about 2 years from now. It should be available from Nokia very soon though. If you want a phone like that, you're better off not bothering with Cingular & getting the phone from Nokia directly.

Thanks for the info. But If I buy the N95 directly from Nokia, will I be able to use the N95 on cingular network with cingular service?

Just drop in your SIM. Obviously, there's no 3G (for U.S. networks at least), but wifi & gps would work fine (though it might not have U.S. maps for navigation out of the box.)
