What is with wireless consumers???

So let me pose a question to all the flip phone hounds and I want a 300.00 world phone with a camera, video recording and bluetooth for free consumers.

WAKE UP!!!!!

When did you people begin assuming it is your right to get a mega-high end phone with any carrier. Of course we are going to give you a good deal when you first sign service with us, that is our JOB. But a year down the road,when you come in to upgrade your phone, we offer you discounts and several phones that are free, you walk right over to the 300.00 phone mentioned above and tell us that unless we give this to you for free you're going to cancel service??? Why???? Because I stomped my feet, threw a temper tantrum, and still didn't get what I wanted??? And hear me when I...

First, I would like to know where that rant came from. As nearly as I can tell, the proceeding 20 posts do not contain anything that would justify that rant. Secondly, not very many customers, from my observations, complain about not getting the coolest phone at a steep discount. I mean just look at the phones that most people use, Nokias, Kyocera (SP), and so forth. Generally speaking, most people use the cheap phones. Thirdly, it is not expected that all wireless carriers offer the coolest phones. I, personally, do not expect phones like the V710 and A840 to be offered by Edge Wireless, US Cellular, and other such carriers. Fourthly, I would be willing to bet that people who pay $30 a month for cellular service do not care too much ...
